Bake'mm Tips

Set your oven to 450F.
Place bagels, cornmeal side down, on the rack or a non-insulated baking sheet (no parchment needed).
Bake for 8-12 minutes until a nice golden brown.
Every oven is a little different. If your oven runs hot, they'll get crisped quicker. The first time you bake'mm, you'll have a system.

Remove bagels from package.
Place bagels, cornmeal side down, on a non-insulated baking sheet (no parchment needed).
Wet the top of the bagel with water, using a spray bottle (if you have many) or under the faucet.
Sprinkle or dip in desired seed combinations.
Bake for 8-12 minutes until a nice golden brown.

Everything blend of dried onion, dried garlic, poppy seeds, golden flax seeds, and sea salt (pretzel salt or kosher salt).
Granola-- crush it up a bit and use on cinnamon raisin.
