Bake'mm Tips


Easy as 1•2•3.

  1. Set your oven to 450F.

  2. Place bagels, cornmeal side down, on the rack or a non-insulated baking sheet (no parchment needed).

  3. Bake for 8-12 minutes until a nice golden brown.

Every oven is a little different. If your oven runs hot, they'll get crisped quicker. The first time you bake'mm, you'll have a system.


Top'mm to create your own signature varieties!

  1. Remove bagels from package.

  2. Place bagels, cornmeal side down, on a non-insulated baking sheet (no parchment needed).

  3. Wet the top of the bagel with water, using a spray bottle (if you have many) or under the faucet.

  4. Sprinkle or dip in desired seed combinations.

  5. Bake for 8-12 minutes until a nice golden brown.


  • Everything blend of dried onion, dried garlic, poppy seeds, golden flax seeds, and sea salt (pretzel salt or kosher salt).

  • Granola-- crush it up a bit and use on cinnamon raisin.

  • Chocolate sprinkles!

  • Poppy seeds

  • Golden flax seeds

  • Sesame seeds

  • Yin-Yang— half flax or sesame and half poppy
