Bake’mm grew from a dream of easier mornings. Gram’s bagels were laborious and our Founder was not a morning person. The experiments began and Bake’mmm emerged— the rewards: extra zzz’s and healthy low-glycemic bagels with 60% fewer sugars (compared to traditional bagels) and zero wheat starch glucose.
