Our only allergen is Wheat

 

Bake'mm Bagels are gluten-full and proud.

 

Here at Bageladies, we understand first-hand what's it's like to deal with food allergies. It's not fun. One thing for an adult to figure out the foods he/she are allergic to, quite another if you are a parent trying to determine the source of your child's persistent distress. 

 

The Bake'mm Bagel factory operated by Bageladies is dedicated to principles of strict scrutiny in ingredient sourcing and keeping our facility free from the 13 potential allergens on the EU-14 list. 

 

The FDA identifies these other allergens:

  • Milk

  • Eggs

  • Fish (e.g., bass, flounder, cod)

  • Crustacean shellfish (e.g. crab, lobster, shrimp)

  • Tree nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans)

  • Peanuts

  • Soybeans

 

We go the extra step to keep Bake'mm Bagels free of the other allergens listed by the EU:

  • Crustaceans 

  • Eggs 

  • Fish

  • Peanuts 

  • Soybeans 

  • Milk and products thereof (including lactose)

  • Nuts, namely: almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia or Queensland nuts

  • Celery 

  • Mustard

  • Sesame seeds

  • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites

  • Lupin

  • Molluscs

 

And, we take yet another step and keep this additional potential allergen out of our facility:

  • Sunflower
